The Northwest Collection

Our Northwest Collection is a celebration of the place we call home. Each tea was chosen to reflect a little piece of this beautiful corner of the world, from its rugged mountains and evergreen forests to its fragrant gardens and wonderfully moody weather.

There’s something special about the Pacific Northwest. The Cascade Mountains rising above dark forests, lavender, roses, and mint growing abundantly in our gardens, and those familiar grey skies that make a warm cup of tea feel especially inviting. Whether you’re a Northwest native, a visitor who fell in love with the landscape, or someone dreaming of misty mornings among the evergreens, we hope these teas bring you a little closer to the magic of the Pacific Northwest.

 

Each gift set includes a 2-oz bag of:

  • Cascadia Breakfast – Malty black teas grounded with Chinese ripe puerh and roasted coffee beans.
  • Dark Forest – A rich and robust herbal blend with cacao nibs, roasted herbs, and chicory.
  • GABA Grey – Luscious Taiwanese GABA oolong infused with real Italian bergamot essential oil.
