Dark Forest – Roasted Roots, Cacao & Spice
Smooth, rich, and grounding, Dark Forest is a beloved coffee alternative and a longtime customer favorite. Often described as a Pacific Northwest version of chai, this dark herbal blend combines roasted chicory, cacao nibs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and a touch of rosemary for a cup that is earthy, spiced, and deeply satisfying.
Roasted chicory gives the blend its dark, toasty body, while cacao adds a subtle chocolate note and extra depth. Cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg bring chai-like spice, and rosemary adds a woodsy herbal edge that makes this blend feel especially rooted in the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy Dark Forest on its own for a bold herbal cup, or add a splash of milk for a smoother, richer brew. It is an excellent choice for those who want the depth of coffee, the comfort of chai, and something a little unexpected.
