PLACING ORDERS

To view and receive wholesale pricing, always log into your wholesale account before placing items into your cart. Wholesale products are denoted by the pound while retail products are denoted in ounces.

We are not responsible for accidentally ordered retail products and may ship the order as is, as we cannot keep track of every order placed by mistake. Contact us within 24 hours if you need to cancel and re-place your order. Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed.

BULK & CASE PACKS

  • Bulk loose-leaf teas are sold in 1 lb. increments with the exception of Matcha Latté, which is sold only in 5 and 10 lb. increments.
  • We offer a limited selection of 2-oz bags as case packs. Case packs are sold in packs of eight. No mixed packs. The Matcha Latté case pack is sold in 4-oz bags.
  • We do not offer volume discounts.

SHIPPING

Orders of $99 or more qualify for Free Shipping in the US (except Hawaii and Alaska). Orders are shipped within 4 business days from The Jasmine Pearl warehouse in Portland, OR using the most economical ground method. We ship most wholesale orders via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

WILL CALL / PICK UP

Will Call (Pick Up) orders are available for warehouse pickup within (4) business day of the order date. To place an order for pickup, select "Pickup In Store" as your shipping method at checkout. Orders can be picked up Monday to Thursday from 10am - 4pm. More detailed instructions will be sent to you via email once your order is ready.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES (2024)

Our business closes for the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Weekend (Nov 28-29)
  • Winter Holiday Break: Christmas Eve through New Years Day (12/24 - 01/01)

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Acceptance of an order is not a guarantee of stock at the time of shipment. It is our goal to remain in stock and ship in full. The Jasmine Pearl does not backorder items, but customers are notified when previously unavailable items are back in stock. Re-orders can be placed at that time.

Due to the nature of agricultural products, prices are subject to change at any time. You will find the most up-to-date pricing here on our website.

RETURNS

Returns accepted only for unopened merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date. Email our customer service department for prior authorization at orders@thejasminepearl.com. There are no returns on special order and private label merchandise.

INFESTATION POLICY

The Jasmine Pearl Tea Co. implements several control methods to guarantee that every botanical item shipped from our warehouse is completely free of live insects and parasitic activity, but as with all-natural materials and food items, herbs, spices, and other organic botanical products can be subject to occasional insect infestation. Please view our complete Infestation Policy if you have found signs of infestation in your product and to see if you are eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.
