Yoga Blend – Spiced Honeybush & Nourishing Nettles
Originally crafted for a hot yoga studio in Oregon, Yoga Blend has become one of our long-standing herbal favorites. This caffeine-free blend brings together smooth honeybush, earthy nettles, and a lively mix of aromatic spices for a cup that feels grounding, replenishing, and gently invigorating.
Cinnamon, ginger, fennel, cardamom, and peppercorns give the blend its chai-like character, adding fragrance, spice, and a sense of movement to the cup. These carminative herbs have long been used in herbal traditions to support digestion and help the body feel less burdened after a meal. Nettles add earthy depth and are traditionally valued as a nourishing herb, while honeybush provides body and a soft, mellow sweetness. Excellent day or night, Yoga Blend is satisfying sweetened or unsweetened, with or without milk.

Brewing Instructions
Serving Size: 8 fl oz (237 ml)
BY THE CUP
- Heat water to 212°F (boiling).
- Scoop one heaping teaspoon of tea into an infuser and place it into your teacup.
- Pour 8 fl oz (237 ml) of hot water over tea leaves.
- Steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove infuser and enjoy.
POTFUL
- Determine the capacity of your pot in cups (8 fl oz servings).
- Heat water to 212°F (boiling).
- Place infuser in pot.
- Add tea leaves to your infuser. Use a ratio of one heaping teaspoon of tea for each cup of water you intend to add.
- Pour hot (212°F) water over the tea leaves.
- Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove infuser and enjoy.
ICED TEA
For a concentrated brew:
- Use the same leaf quantities as above but halve the water.
- Allow it to cool.
- Pour over ice and enjoy as it dilutes to proper strength.
