GABA Grey – Bergamot-Scented GABA Oolong
An elegant twist on the Earl Grey tradition, GABA Grey pairs the bright, citrusy lift of real Italian bergamot oil with the smooth, naturally sweet character of Taiwanese GABA oolong. Crafted in the foothills of Taiwan’s famed Alishan region, this partially oxidized oolong undergoes a special nitrogen-rich oxidation process that enhances both its flavor and its calming properties.

The base tea—our Topaz GABA—offers a rich, buttery texture and baked fruit depth. When infused with bergamot, it transforms into something altogether new: comforting, complex, and distinctly refined. A tea for both the curious Earl Grey lover and the adventurous oolong drinker.

Flavor Profile
Citrus-forward and creamy with notes of sweet pastry, stone fruit, and buttered yam. Smooth-bodied with a soft mineral finish and a touch of astringency for structure.

GABA Content
This tea meets or exceeds Japanese standards for GABA tea, containing at least 150mg of Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid per 100g of dry leaf.
