Inspired by a libation we enjoyed at a local restaurant, Ruby Nectar brews up a pleasant red color, with a sweet and tart flavor that is also fruity in nature. We find the blend to be very thirst-quenching and absolutely fantastic over ice! With greenbush as a base, it delivers a very smooth brew without the caffeine of a tea drink. Stevia provides the calorie-free sweetness.

Brewing Instructions
Serving Size: 8 fl oz (237 ml)
BY THE CUP
- Scoop a heaping teaspoon of tea into infuser.
- Heat water to 212° F (boiling).
- Pour 8 oz. of water over tea leaves.
- Steep tea for 3-5 minutes (depending on taste preference).
- Remove infuser and enjoy tea.
POTFUL
- Determine the capacity of your pot in cups (8 fl oz servings).
- Heat water to 212°F (boiling).
- Place infuser in pot.
- Add tea leaves to your infuser. Use a ratio of one heaping teaspoon of tea for each cup of water you intend to add.
- Pour hot (212°F) water over the tea leaves.
- Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove infuser and enjoy.
ICED TEA
For a concentrated brew:
- Use the same leaf quantities as above but halve the water.
- Allow it to cool.
- Pour over ice and enjoy as it dilutes to proper strength.
