Birdsong Oolong captures the feeling of springtime in bloom—light, graceful, and quietly uplifting. At its heart is a softly elegant Taiwanese oolong made from a Wu-Yi varietal grown at low elevations in central Taiwan. Lightly oxidized and gently roasted, the tea offers a naturally floral, herbaceous character that forms a beautiful foundation for the botanicals layered into the blend.
Rose petals, chamomile blossoms, and lemon balm add soft floral sweetness and a hint of brightness without overwhelming the tea itself. The result is a balanced, aromatic cup that feels both comforting and refreshing. Enjoy it hot for a gentle, soothing brew, or serve it iced during warmer months for a crisp, floral-forward experience.
Like all fine oolongs, Birdsong can be steeped multiple times. With each infusion, the added botanicals gradually fade, allowing the tea’s natural floral notes to come forward—making every steep a slightly different expression of the blend.
