Premium First Flush Matcha
We use 100% pure first-flush matcha—no fillers, no added color, and no shortcuts. Harvested from the youngest spring leaves, this premium matcha delivers bold flavor and natural energy.
It comes from a JAS-certified organic farm in Kagoshima, Japan, where we’ve maintained a trusted partnership for over a decade.
Grown with Integrity & Ingenuity
The farm uses innovative and eco-conscious techniques to protect both the tea and the environment:
- Pests are managed using high-pressure water (simulating hurricane conditions) and natural predators like ladybugs—not chemical sprays
- Steam is used for weeding, eliminating the need for herbicides
- Soil is tested annually to create a responsive organic fertilization plan that keeps the land balanced and healthy
It’s a system rooted in sustainability—and it shows in the quality of the tea.
Precision Jet Milled
After harvest, the leaves are carefully de-stemmed and de-veined, leaving behind only the most tender leaf material. This is jet milled into a fine, bright green powder, preserving flavor and nutrients without generating excess heat.
Tested for Purity & Freshness
Before it ever reaches your cup, each batch is tested for:
- Flavor and aroma
- Nutritional content
- Pesticide residue
Once approved, it’s shipped fresh to Oregon, where it's blended it with super-fine sugar and fruit pectin to create our signature Matcha Latte mix.
