Chunmee

Chunmee brews a sweet cup that has notes of dry plum and hints of smoke. This loosely-rolled Chinese green tea yields a slightly darker liquor than many green teas. A longer brew yields a strong cup, great for your morning tea ritual. For an afternoon pick-me-up, brew for a shorter time to yield a pleasantly lighter brew. Chunmee means "precious eyebrow" in Mandarin. It is named as such for the shape of the tea leaf, like a carefully shaped woman's eyebrow.
