Raspberry Rose Gin Fizzy Recipe

RASPBERRY ROSE GIN FIZZY

ingredients:

1.5 oz of Rasperilla Rose Simple Syrup (recipe below)

2 oz Gin

Soda water

Raspberries

To make 10 servings of Rasperilla Rose Simple Syrup (can be made ahead and keeps for two weeks):

Steep 10 tablespoons of The Jasmine Pearl Women's Blend Tea, using just enough water to cover the leaves. Steep for 5 minutes.

After decanting the tea, add 5 oz of Pearl Soda Company Vanilla Rooibos Tea Syrup.

To make cocktail: Add gin and Rasperilla Rose Simple Syrup, pour over ice in a tall glass. Add soda water to top of glass, garnish with a raspberry.
