ORANGE CARDAMOM OLD FASHIONED
To make 10 servings of Orange Cardamom Simple Syrup (can be made ahead and keeps for two weeks):
Steep 10 tablespoons of The Jasmine Pearl Orange Fennel Tea, using just enough water to cover the leaves.
Steep for 5 minutes.
After decanting the tea, add 5 oz of Pearl Soda Company Vanilla Rooibos Tea Syrup.
Store in refrigerator.
To make the cocktail:
Pour bourbon into old fashioned glass. Add simple syrup. Add a generous dash of both the Orange and Cardamom Bitters. Pour into cocktail shaker with ice to chill. Pour cocktail back into glass. Can be served over ice or up. Garnish with orange peel.
